I love to serve these tasty tacos with a little bit of cabbage, homemade guacamole, and fresh limes. They’re also great with pico de gallo.

Not a fan of fish tacos together? Try our grilled chicken tacos or steak tacos instead.

With bold flavors and a super quick cook time, this salt and pepper chicken is such a great weeknight meal option.

It’s just as good as takeout (maybe better!) and much more affordable, too.

Serve with rice or noodles.

Get your taste buds ready for a meatless Mediterranean escape in just 15 minutes with our quick and easy Greek spaghetti recipe – perfect for busy families. You only need 15 minutes!

For even more flavor, add a little bit of spaghetti seasoning or Mediterranean seasoning to the tomato sauce.

Korean meatballs make great tacos with purple cabbage slaw and are also delicious in rice or noodle bowls!

With tangy Korean BBQ sauce, these meatballs are a great addition to any zucchini noodle salad, too.

For a lunch box treat, post-workout snack or after-school snack, energy balls are a delicious and healthy option that are easy to make.

I adore bite-size snacks I can grab quickly. Try one of these:

Breakfast

Churro waffles are one of my favorite make-ahead breakfast recipes.

You can make a big batch of these and keep them in the fridge for the entire week.

For best results, I recommend adding the cinnamon and sugar just before serving.

(You’ll also love these churro bites!)
