Baking Pork Tenderloin
Oven-roasted pork tenderloin doesn’t have to just be a Sunday Supper kind of meal, you can actually have it on the table fairly quickly!
Is Searing Pork Tenderloin Necessary?
Searing the tenderloin creates a crust on the pork, which gives the meat a fabulous depth of flavor. If you’re short on time, this step can be skipped, but I wouldn’t recommend it.
While your pork tenderloin is searing, make a batch of Cowboy Butter. This is one of our most popular recipes here on Juggling Act Mama, and it adds so much incredible flavor! This will be used to finish off the oven baked pork tenderloin just before serving.
Cowboy Butter with garlic, lemon, parsley and a pinch of red pepper flake makes this oven roasted pork tenderloin extra special.
