Tips for Oven Baked Pork Tenderloin DO NOT cover the pork tenderloin while it is baking. DO use a thermometer to check the internal temperature and remove it from the oven at 145-degrees F. DO use tinfoil to make a "tent" and allow the oven roasted pork tenderloin to rest 3-8 minutes before cutting.
