I love easy chicken casserole recipes because they save me time on busy weeknights and my family gobbles them up.
My two favorite side dishes are Make Ahead Sweet Potatoes with Brown Sugar and Cheddar Mashed Potatoes, but many classic chicken casserole recipes include pasta or potatoes, so I don't always want to serve another carb as a side.
