Sunday – Chicken Pot Pie

Chicken Pot Pie is one of my most favorite comfort food meals. It’s great to make on the weekend when you have a little extra time and freezes great so I love making two and freezing one.
Short on time? Try our chicken pot pie casserole instead.

Monday – Grilled Lemon Chicken

It’s time to dust off the grill and whip up some grilled lemon garlic chicken. Serve with corn on the cob or cowboy corn salad for a complete meal.
This is a great dish for meal prep so I like to make extra to use in salads, casseroles, and soup.
Tuesday – Grilled Pork Chops

I adore these flavorful grilled boneless pork chops with pineapple bourbon bbq sauce.
If you don’t feel like making your own BBQ sauce, you can find something with similar flavors at the grocery store.
Serve with these pineapple, onion, and pepper kabobs over rice for a complete meal.
Grilled Side Dishes
Wednesday – Buffalo Chicken Salad

Using the leftover buffalo chicken, whip up a quick Buffalo chicken salad.
Serve with blue cheese dressing or buttermilk ranch dressing.
It’s great with Italian breadsticks on the side, too.

Thursday – Beef and Broccoli

Forget the takeout and make this beef and broccoli recipe at home.
While my husband is a purist on this dish, I love to add carrots to mine. This dish is great with rice, noodles, or even zoodles.

Friday – Smoked Sausage Pasta

This Smoked Sausage Pasta recipe combines tender penne with smoky sausage, bell peppers, and a creamy herb sauce for a flavorful one-pan meal. With just 15 minutes of prep, it’s perfect for busy weeknights.
Whip up a batch of semi-homemade garlic knots for a yummy side dish.
Saturday – Buffalo Chicken Tater Tot Casserole

To make your life easier, start with making a big batch of slow-cooker buffalo chicken which you can use in two different meals this week.
The first is our NEW buffalo chicken tater tot casserole recipe which is so tasty!

Snacks

Cowboy Caviar is one of my favorite snacks to throw together. It’s great with chips, instead of salsa or pico de Gallo.
(It’s also really tasty with grilled chicken, steak, or pork!)
Breakfast

These sweet potato cauliflower omelet cups are super easy and totally delish. You’ll love our sausage and egg muffins, too.
Both of these recipes are great for make-ahead meals.

Dessert

When the weather turns warm, my daughter always asks for these mango orange ice pops. I don’t mind making them one bit since they’ve got no added sugar. It’s basically a frozen pop version of our orange mango smoothie!
