Berry Pomegranate Smoothie Ice Pops are made with yogurt and fresh fruit and no added sugar so they're a healthy snack for the whole family.

Thank you to Stonyfield and Barlean's for sponsoring today's Berry Pomegranate Smoothie Pops recipe.
I'm constantly looking for ways to get more nutrition into the foods my kids like. My son is what some would call a picky eater, and he has some sensory issues that make meal times challenging. His doctor has suggested additional OMEGA-3 in his diet, but we have yet to find a supplement that he'll take.
Berry Pomegranate Smoothie Pops
Here's how to make a delicious and nutritious Berry Pomegranate Smoothie Pops:
Makes about 6 pops
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 cups Stonyfield raspberry yogurt
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 4 tablespoons Barlean's Barlean's Pomegranate Blueberry Total Omega Vegan Swirl
Directions:
In a blender, combine the yogurt, fruit and Omega Swirl. Process until smooth. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds. (I swear by these Zoku Classic Pop Molds, 6 with drip guards - they work awesome!)

Don't they look divine? All the goodness of fruit fruit and Stonyfield Yogurt with the added boost of the Barlean's Total Omega supplement. And there's no added sugar, so it's good clean eating! I let my kids eat these for dessert or snack - even breakfast. You might also like our Tropical Fruit Smoothie Pops, too!
