With just these simple ingredients, you can make one of the best chicken recipes ever!
- Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Dry Ranch Seasoning Mix
- Butter
- Buffalo Sauce (I use Frank's)
- Cream Cheese (optional)

You're going to love how easy it is to pull together in just a few minutes. All you need to get started is a couple pounds of chicken breasts, butter, ranch seasoning mix and Buffalo sauce, of course. Then, set your slow cooker and when dinnertime rolls around, you're good to go!
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Place the chicken breasts into the slow cooker.
- In a liquid measuring cup, mix the ranch seasoning and Buffalo sauce and pour over the chicken.
- Place the butter on top of the chicken and cover.
- Set the Crockpot to cook for 4 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW.
- Stir in the softened cream cheese (optional).
- Carefully remove the slow cooker Buffalo chicken from the crock and place it on a cutting board.
- Use two forks to shred chicken.

This is such an amazing make ahead recipe! The chicken will last in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. (These are my favorite containers.)
Leftovers can be frozen and used later. Add the shredded chicken to a resealable freezer bag. Store in the freezer for 2-3 months. To thaw, remove the bag from the freezer and place it in the refrigerator overnight.

Crockpot Buffalo Chicken

- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce I use Frank's Buffalo Sauce

- 3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened optional
- Kosher Salt and Black Pepper
