Happy February, my friends! Here is your free Weekly Meal Plan 5 for February 4-10 with ideas for snacks and desserts, too.

It has been absolutely FRIGID here and I’m getting cozy with some warm and hearty meals.

Food holidays fun – and sometimes silly. It’s can be a good chance to talk with kids about different foods, where they come from, and any cultural significance.

February 4 – Crockpot Angel Chicken

Slow Cooker Angel Chicken with just 6 ingredients, this chicken comes together so quickly! Toss everything into the crockpot and walk away.

All you need to do before serving is boil some pasta. You can also serve this with red skin mashed potatoes, risotto, or rice.

If you’re trying to get more veggies in your diet, try this chicken with zucchini noodles or baked spaghetti squash.

February 8 – Potato Sausage Casserole

Roasted Chicken and Vegetables might be a quintessential Sunday Supper, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy it on a Saturday.

I love making this on the weekends and then using the leftover chicken in soups, casseroles, salads, and even puff pastry chicken pockets.

Leftover chicken works great in chicken tortilla soup, chicken bacon ranch tater tot casserole, chicken caesar salad, and chicken hashbrown casserole.

Breakfast

I adore this super easy sheet pan bacon and eggs recipe! It’s super simple, and a great way to eat low carb. Plus clean up is a breeze.

If you’re not watching your carbs, try this with our bacon cheddar scones or butter swim biscuits.

This recipe is also awesome if you’re cooking for a crowd and don’t want to be stuck standing over the stove all morning.
