🔪Instructions
- Preheat the oven 400-degrees F.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Arrange the bacon on the baking sheet.
- Cook the bacon in the oven to your desired crispiness, about 15-20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, blend together beef, Worcestershire sauce, grated cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, and garlic. Do not over mix.
- Line a second baking sheet with aluminum foil. Add the beef mixture to the tray and press it down until it's about ¼ inch thick all the way around in an even layer.
- Bake the beef for 20 minutes to be medium-well. Remove the pan about half way through to drain off any excess fat.*For these sliders, I recommend medium-well to well-done.*
- Remove the cooked bacon and set onto a plate or platter lined with paper towels to absorb the grease.
- Remove the cooked beef from the oven and use a sharp knife or even a pizza cutter to cut the beef into 12 even square 'burger patties'.
- Cut the rolls in half and place the bottom buns onto a third baking sheet.
- Place a 'burger patty' onto each bottom roll, top with Colby or Monterrey Jack cheese and Muenster cheese. (You could also use cheddar, American or pepper jack).
- Cut the bacon slices in half and add 2 halves to each burger.
- Place the tray of sliders into the oven for 2-3 minutes so that the cheese can belt.
- Add the other half of the slider buns to the top of the burgers.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
* Note: Ground beef should always be cooked to an internal temperature of 160-degrees F according to FoodSafety.gov.

However, the next time you make it, you might consider one of these different ways of making this great recipe.
- You can use your favorite cheeses for these sliders such as American cheese, but these would also be delicious with Pepper Jack, or even blue cheese crumbles.
- Swap out the ground beef for ground chicken, ground pork, or ground turkey for a leaner burger. You will not need to cook the meat mixture as long, however.
- Add 2 tablespoons Homemade Ranch Seasoning Mix or Magic Dust Rub to your beef mixture before cooking for additional seasoning.
- Butter the rolls with Cowboy Butter and broil them for just a minute or two until golden brown.
- Substitute fresh garlic for garlic powder.

These are awesome for cookouts, game day and all kinds of parties. In fact, I craved cheeseburgers so much, that my mom made sliders for Olivia's 'baby sprinkle!'
Olivia is a big cheeseburger-lover now, too! These little sliders are just the right size for the kiddos - they're easy for little hands to hold and bite!

We made these last night for dinner, although they were full size burgers, not sliders. My review... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is the only way we will do burgers from now on. They were absolutely amazing.
