If you have a pound of ground beef and aren’t sure what to make, I’m here to help. Ground beef is one of the most versatile ingredients in the kitchen and can be used for much more than just tacos. (Ahem, I never turn down tacos, though!)

Whether you want a quick weeknight dinner ready in 30 minutes or a cozy slow cooker meal, you’ll find plenty of ideas here. And you can use these recipes with ground chicken, turkey, pork, or your favorite crumbled meat substitute. These ground beef dinners are perfect for busy nights, plus, most use ingredients you probably already have.

This is one of my favorite easy weeknight dinners because it’s easy to tailor to what I have on hand and what my family likes.
