Serve with acorn squash, which also looks impressive but is super simple!
This would also be delicious with crispy roasted sweet potatoes, parmesan risotto, or stovetop candied sweet potatoes.
Not feeling a whole roast? Try our steak bites and potatoes or garlic butter steak bites with zucchini noodles instead.
October 31 - Pasta with Sausage and Broccolini

I love this quick pasta with sausage and broccolini that I can make right in my skillet.
You can use broccoli instead of broccolini in this recipe, and you could add in other veggies, too.
