Monday – Chicken Stuffing Bake

I adore this chicken stuffing bake because it’s so yummy, and easy, too.

Worried you’ll be sick of stuffing by the end of the week? Hold off and make this with leftover turkey and other Thanksgiving leftovers this weekend.

Serve this casserole with a side salad and give one of these yummy recipes a try:

Tuesday – Creamy Tomato Sausage Pasta

Close up of Pasta with Sausage.

The whole family will love this creamy tomato sausage pasta.

It’s a quick skillet meal you can have on the table in about 30 minutes.

Serve with a light side salad and dinner is done!

Wednesday – Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas

This is one of my favorite one-pan meals: sheet pan chicken fajitas.

There are tons of flavors (my picky eater can easily pick out the onions), and clean-up is so easy.

If you haven’t tried this recipe yet, you’re missing out!

Serve with some chips on the side, and try one of these delicious homemade recipes:

Thursday – Italian Sausage

This year, we’re having oven roasted turkey (and we always do a turkey brine). But if you’re not into turkey, try our holiday ham or petite sirloin roast.

We’ll be having honey glazed carrots, cranberry sauce, and roasted beets, too. I haven’t decided on the rest of the side dishes yet, but I’ve got it narrowed down to the list below.

Delicious Side Dishes

Take your holiday meal up a notch with brown sugar butter or cranberry butter.

Friday – Turkey Pot Pie

Two green bowls filled with Homemade Turkey Pot Pie.

Use your Thanksgiving leftovers to make these delicious turkey pot pies!

This recipe calls for pie crust on top, but if you have lots of mashed potatoes or mashed sweet potatoes left, use those on top instead (similar to the way shepherd’s pie is assembled).

Serve with a side salad or cheesy cornbread.

Saturday – Turkey Chili

Still making your way through leftover turkey? No worries, we’ve got you covered!

Try our turkey chili recipe. It’s super easy and so tasty! I like to serve it with cheesy cornbread or cheddar bacon scones, but if you have leftover rolls, that works, too.

And if you’ve gone through all your leftovers, try one of these other chili recipes instead

Since we’re talking about leftovers, here are some yummy ways to use up leftover chili: chili potato skins, corn muffin chili cups, chili stuffed peppers.

Sunday – Turkey Sandwich

Try our classic Thanksgiving Sandwich, or our Pesto Panini with Turkey. You won’t be disappointed with either one!

Or, you can also take your leftover chili and make it into chili pot pie if you’d rather.

Snacks & Appetizers

Puff Pastry appetizers with prosciutto, asparagus, and cheese on a small platter.

You’re going to absolutely love our Asparagus Puff Pastry Bundles! They are super easy to put together but look so impressive for company!

You can also switch it up and make them with ham or bacon instead of prosciutto – or omit the meat altogether for a vegetarian option.

Dessert

Slice of sweet potato pie with a dollop of whipped cream.

Our homemade sweet potato pie just might unseat pumpkin pie as a family favorite this year! Served with a dollop of whipped cream, it’s perfect for Thanksgiving!

Our banana cream pie cupcakes, shortbread magic bars, and pumpkin cheesecake truffles are all great choices, too.

Easy No Bake Recipes

Need one more item for your dessert table? Try one of these tasty recipes!

Breakfast

Close up of Cranberry Orange Bread on a cooling rack.

Cranberry orange quick bread freezes wonderfully. This recipe makes two loaves to stick one in the freezer for next week!

You’ll definitely want to check out this recipe for cranberry white chocolate muffins, too.

Not into cranberries? Try this sweet potato quiche instead.

📅Food Holidays

Food holidays are kind of silly but it can be a good chance to talk with kids about different foods, where they come from, and any cultural significance. It’s also a great way to think out-of-the-box and shake up your routine!
