✔️ Make extra grilled chicken on Sunday so that you can use the leftovers to make the tacos on Tuesday.
✔️ Stock up on meats when they're on sale. I grabbed three packages of chicken thighs and frozen two for later.
✔️ Keep leftovers fresh by using quality airtight containers - these are my favorite.

August 28 - Grilled Chipotle Marinated Chicken

Grilled Chipotle Marinated Chicken - this easy marinade combines chipotle chilies in adobo sauce with cumin and paprika and a few other simple ingredients for a smoky and spicy chicken.
I use chicken thighs for this recipe, but you could also use chicken breasts.
Serve your grilled chicken with cheesy grilled potatoes, cowboy caviar, or grilled mixed veggies.
You could also make grilled corn on the cob and save some to make the black bean salsa on Tuesday or double your cowboy caviar.
Not a fan of spicy food? Try making this recipe with our homemade lemon pepper seasoning or lemon garlic marinade.
August 29 - Sheet Pan Mediterranean Chicken

I used my own Mediterranean spice mix along with a bottle of my favorite Greek salad dressing to give this Sheet Pan Mediterranean Chicken great flavor.
You're going to absolutely love how easy it is to make this chicken dinner!
This is a great low carb meal, but if you're not watching your carbs, try our candied sweet potatoes or loaded potato casserole as a side dish.

August 30 - Cilantro Lime Chicken Tacos

Cilantro Lime Chicken Tacos - It doesn't get much easier than this for Taco Tuesday!
Use your leftover chicken from Sunday to make these tasty tacos!
This recipe also includes instructions for how to make grilled corn and black bean salsa.
However, you could serve these with pretty much any salsa recipe, pico de gallo, or even cowboy caviar.

August 31 - Steak Bites and Potatoes

Steak Bites and Potatoes - this skillet meal is ready in less than 30 minutes!
Pick up sirloin steak when it's on sale. You could also use tenderloin, ribeye, or New York Strip.
Plate it up with garlic green beans or glazed carrots for an awesome weeknight dinner.
You can also serve this with cowboy butter dipping sauce for extra flavor.
If you like this meal, then you'll love our Steak Bites with Garlic Butter that's made with our famous cowboy butter.
September 1 - Chicken Noodle Casserole

This creamy and cheesy Chicken Noodle Casserole is super simple! It's an all-in-one meal ready in about 35 minutes.
I like to use shredded chicken (you could also use rotisserie chicken) and then I just toss it with the noodles and my favorite frozen veggies.
This casserole can be made with canned cream soup, or make your own homemade cream soup substitute. Either way, it's totally delish!
Serve this with a green salad or buttery dinner rolls. This easy fruit salad is also a great side dish choice.

Forget cooking this all day, with the Instant Pot, you're ready to eat this creamy Beef Stroganoff in less than an hour.
Since we know not everyone has an Instant Pot, we've also included slow cooker instructions.
Serve with your favorite veggie side dish.

September 3 - Spicy Bacon Mac and Cheese

Since it's almost International Bacon Day, let's celebrate with this awesome Spicy Bacon Mac and Cheese recipe.
Not only does it have bacon, but it also has a kick from jalapenos!
If you're not a fan of jalapenos, feel free to leave them out!
This is a great meatless meal option, but you could also add chopped cooked chicken to the dish.
Side Dish Ideas
Breakfast - Blueberry Sour Cream Bread

Blueberry Sour Cream Bread - I love having quick breads on hand for breakfast or snacks.
This blueberry bread is topped with an easy lemon glaze.
You could also skip the glaze and serve it with brown sugar butter instead.
