This casserole is delicious, filling, and inexpensive to make, too. (I bet you already have a bunch of the ingredients in your pantry!)
Serve with your favorite side dish, or add a bunch of frozen veggies to the casserole for an all-in-one family meal.
(You can use ground turkey or chicken, or even your favorite plant-based meat.)

✔️ Keep your leftovers fresh by using quality airtight containers - these are my favorite.
✔️ Make extra chicken on Tuesday or Wednesday and use it for lunches to make sandwiches, wraps, salads, or more tacos!
✔️ Ground beef on sale? Make extra burger patties and flash-freeze them on a tray for one hour. Remove them from the freezer and bag them up. Don't forget to label the bag with the date and contents!
