Weekly Meal Plan 29
Burgers and Tacos and Meatballs, oh my! You’re going to love this collection of easy and delicious recipes that will make meal planning a cinch this week.

How are we already at the end of July?!?
I just can’t get over how fast his month is going by! Here is your free Weekly Meal Plan 29 for the last full week of July with some fun ideas for snacks and delicious desserts, too.
We’ve all been there—staring into the fridge on a busy weeknight thinking what the heck am I gonna make? That’s exactly why I put together this week’s easy-peasy meal plan filled with family-friendly favorites and time-saving tricks to make mealtime a breeze.
From melty cheesy casseroles to grilled goodness and slow cooker staples, this menu has a little bit of everything—without a whole lot of fuss. And since you know I’m all about stretching your time and your grocery budget, I’ve included some of my favorite meal prep and batch cooking hacks to set you up for the week like a boss.
💡 NEW: You can print your grocery list right from the meal plan! I love that I can see everything at a glance and don’t buy something already in my pantry or freezer. Now you can go ahead and cross things off with a satisfying Sharpie swipe. You can even order ingredients right from AmazonFresh or Instacart!
Sunday – Hamburger Casserole

Cheesy Hamburger Casserole
This casserole is delicious, filling, and inexpensive to make, too. (I bet you already have a bunch of the ingredients in your pantry!)
Serve with your favorite side dish, or add a bunch of frozen veggies to the casserole for an all-in-one family meal.
(You can use ground turkey or chicken, or even your favorite plant-based meat.)
Monday – Chicken Tacos

Cilantro Lime Chicken Tacos
For Taco Tuesday, whip up a batch of my grilled corn and black bean salsa!
It’s perfect on top of these spicy chicken tacos flavored with fresh lime juice and chopped cilantro.
(Make a little extra chicken and you can use it on our Chopped Salad Recipe + Southwest Chipotle Dressing for lunch!)
Not a fan of black beans? Try one of these other tasty salsa recipes.
Tuesday – Lemon Pepper Chicken

Lemon Garlic Chicken
You’re going to love this easy lemon garlic chicken recipe!
Serve with these cheesy hassleback potatoes and honey-glazed carrots.
When chicken is on sale, I make twice as much of this recipe because it’s great in wraps or on salads for lunches.

Wednesday – Crispy Pork Carnitas

Easy Instant Pot Pork Carnitas
If you have never made carnitas at home before, you are missing out!
Don’t want tacos again? You can make the tastiest rice bowls with black beans, red onion, corn, and avocado, make quesadillas, burritos, or toss it with pasta, salsa and Mexican cheese.

Thursday – Butter Burgers

Start by making our Cowboy Butter recipe – or your favorite garlic butter. That’s what makes these burgers so amazing!
Then get your onions working in a pan while you prepare the burger patties.
Serve with lettuce, tomato, and pickles and some Spicy Ketchup or Homemade Burger Sauce.
Friday – BBQ Chicken Tostadas

If you’re a fan of our crockpot BBQ chicken, then you’ll love this new recipe! BBQ Chicken Tostadas only take a few minutes and are easily customized for every member of your family.
You can also use this chicken recipe to make chicken tacos, pulled chicken sandwiches, mini pizzas, and more.
Serve along with a fresh green salad, Garlic Cheese Bombs, or semi-homemade Italian Bread Sticks for a wholesome meal!
Saturday – Chicken Meatballs

Chicken Meatballs
These are gluten-free and keto friendly! Serve them with zucchini noodles, baked spaghetti squash, or even mashed cauliflower.
These meatballs are a little bit spicy so you may want to pull back on the cayenne pepper if you’re not a fan of heat!
More Low-Carb Recipes
Watching your carbs? Try our pulled pork zucchini boats, cheesy spaghetti squash casserole, or one of these other delicious recipes!
🍳Breakfast

Sweet Potato Spinach Quiche
You won’t miss the carbs at all in this tasty gluten-free quiche. It’s got a sweet potato crust!
With feta, spinach, and roasted red peppers, this is totally delish.
Smoothie of the Week

This Orange Peach Smoothie is a great way to start the day, refuel after a workout, and also makes a great afternoon snack for the kids!
You’ll also love our orange mango smoothie.
🥨Snacks

Buffalo Chicken Dip
This is my husband’s favorite snack! I like to put it into small containers like individual servings. It’ll keep in the fridge for about a week.
It’s great as a snack, but you can also add a little bit on top of grilled chicken breast or pasta for an amazing meal.
Try one of these other delicious snacks:
🧁Dessert

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Oreo Ice Cream
This is my favorite ice cream – it’s cookies and cream plus peanut butter cups and a drizzle of homemade peanut butter sauce. SO GOOD!
For something a little more simple, try our Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream or No Churn Brownie Bite Ice Cream.

The following may contain affiliate links. We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.
✔️ Keep your leftovers fresh by using quality airtight containers – these are my favorite.
✔️ Make extra grilled chicken and use it for lunches to make sandwiches, wraps, salads, or more tacos!
✔️ Double the slow cooker BBQ chicken so there’s plenty for the tostadas, plus a pound or so to freeze for another meal! (Work smarter, not harder, right?)
✔️ Make extra burger patties and flash-freeze them on a tray. Once solid, pop them in a freezer bag and label with the date. You can do the same thing with the chicken meatballs. Trust me, your future self will thank you!
✔️ Ground beef on sale? Make extra burger patties and flash-freeze them on a tray for one hour. Remove them from the freezer and bag them up. Don’t forget to label the bag with the date and contents!
