Summertime means time for grilling for us, and these grilled chicken kabobs are so easy! Just add your favorite grilled fruits and veggies and you'll have dinner for a crowd.
I love the zesty flavor I get by combining green onions, lime juice, and red pepper flake. There's nothing exotic here, just pantry staples that are easily acquired, but they still pack a delicious punch.
Once I learned how to grill chicken kabobs, I was able to play around with different ingredients and flavor profiles and these yummy kabobs were the result. Food research is the best kind of research, isn't it? I know you'll love them.

- boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs
- soy sauce
- green onions
- lime juice, fresh or bottled
- brown sugar
- ground ginger
- crushed red pepper flakes
- garlic clove

🔪 Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well combined
- Marinate the chicken for 8 hours in the fridge
- Heat grill
- Cook over medium coals 4-6 minutes or until browned
- Turn chicken and continue grilling for 4-6 minutes
- Remove from grill when browned and serve immediately
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator
