- 2 cups sour cream I use Oakhurst Dairy
- 1/2 lb bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup green onion chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400-degrees F.
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar and bacon in a baking dish.
- Bake at 400-degrees F for 20-25 minutes until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Serve with veggies, crackers, bagel chips, etc.
- Garnish with green onion.
