July 18 - Mandarin Orange Chicken Salad
Mandarin Orange Salad with Chicken
With lots of sweet Mandarin oranges, tender chicken, slivered almonds, and chow mein noodles, this is a really fun and delicious salad.
It makes a great companion to soup or a grilled cheese sandwich, too.
July 19 - Grilled Chipotle Marinated Chicken
Grilled Chipotle Marinated Chicken
Chipotle chilies in Adobo are the basis for a flavorful chicken marinade you'll love. It's more smoky than spicy and the fresh lime juice adds a little zip.
Grab some in-season veggies from your local farmer's market for an easy side dish like roasted beets or try this fruit salad with orange dressing.
July 20 - Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese
Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese
This easy slow cooker recipe is crazy-good and so simple to make. You're going to want to whip this up once a week!
Serve along with a side salad, rolls, or even some Easy Hush Puppies.
Serve with a side of Copycat Red Lobster Mashed Potatoes or Sweet Potatoes with Brown Sugar.
🍳Breakfast
Churro Waffles
These homemade waffles dusted with cinnamon and sugar are a fun treat to make with the kiddos.
These cinnamon roll waffles are delicious, too. You can even serve them with a scoop of ice cream for dessert! If waffles aren't your thing, try our easy sheet pan pancakes or banana carrot muffins instead.
🥨Snacks
Pretzel Bites
I love semi-homemade recipes. These easy pretzel bites start with store-bought dough and are a cinch to make. They're perfect for game night, movie night, or just because!
Try one of these other snacks:
🧁Dessert
Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies
These brownies are so decadent! They're perfect for parties and potlucks... or to hoard all to yourself. 😉
More Dessert Ideas
Truth be told, it's been so hot and muggy here that I have not wanted to bake at all. I'm all about these no bake strawberry cheesecake bars right now!

⭐ Tips

✔️ Save tons of time by making pulled chicken in your slow cooker over the weekend and use in in the Mandarin orange salad and chicken spaghetti recipes. This chicken freezes well so I make huge batches when chicken is on sale and pop some into the freezer for later using these containers.
✔️ Keep leftovers fresh by using quality airtight containers - these are my favorite.
