The kids are home from school and they are ravenous! There are complaints of boredom and of course endless snacking. But, we’re here to at least help you with some of your meals!

Welcome to Meal Plan 24 for June 17-23 with delicious and easy recipes for the whole family.

From quick meals in an hour or less to fast grab-and-go breakfast ideas, this meal plan is just what you need to stay sane!

June 17 – Grilled Pork Chops

If you love grilling, this meal is just for you!

Everyone will love these flavorful grilled pork chops slathered in pineapple bourbon bbq sauce.

Serve with pineapple and pepper kabob with red onion for a filling meal that the whole family will love.

If you’re not a fan of pineapple, try our sweet and spicy BBQ sauce instead.

June 18 – Broccoli Casserole & Chicken

You’re going to love this easy Broccoli Casserole. It’s cheesy and delicious, but also low carb.

Serve with your favorite chicken.

Tip: Make twice as much chicken so you can use the leftovers tomorrow. I love hacks like that!

June 19 – Spinach and Strawberry Salad

This spinach and strawberry salad is perfect for using up leftover chicken and fresh strawberries.

Add creamy Greek yogurt dressing or avocado ranch dressing on top for a delicious and easy weeknight meal.

June 20 – Cowboy Cornbread Casserole

With lean ground beef, jiffy mix, beans, and a handful of other ingredients, this cowboy cornbread casserole is a hearty and flavorful meal you can prep in just 15 minutes.

While the casserole bakes, make a quick side salad. And just like that, dinner is done!

June 21 – Caprese Sandwiches

Caprese Sandwich with Pesto and fresh mozzarella.

Hit up your local farmstand for some local tomatoes and fresh basil!

These caprese sandwiches with fresh mozzarella and store-bought or homemade pesto are just so delicious in the summertime.

If you love the flavors of tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil, try our caprese chicken sheet pan dinner or caprese chicken salad.

June 22 – Pork Lettuce Wraps

I absolutely love this slow cooker pulled pork and these lettuce wraps are the perfect way to serve it!

This meal is loaded with flavor and nutrition with all the fresh crunchy veggies!

If you have leftover pulled pork, whip up some pulled pork mac and cheese!

June 23 – Chicken Broccoli Potato Casserole

We had so much rain and dreary weather in June that I feel compelled to put a comfort food meal on the menu.

This chicken broccoli potato casserole with bacon is the cheesy dish that satisfies everyone, every time!

Serve with a fresh green salad and buttery dinner rolls.

Breakfast

This recipe for egg muffins makes 6 but I usually double it because my family loves this easy breakfast.

Serve with leftover grilled bacon and toast for a delicious breakfast.
