Having an easy meal plan is like discovering the holy grail of adulting—where you can proudly proclaim, “I’ve got my life together and a stocked pantry!” While the world may be chaotic and unpredictable, at least your dinner plans are easily accomplished!

Here is the free Weekly Meal Plan 21 for May 28 – June 3. We’ve got quick and easy dinner recipes for the week plus ideas for breakfast, snacks, and desserts, too.

May 28 – Lemon Pepper Chicken

I love this easy lemon pepper chicken with lemon pepper seasoning. Oftentimes, I make extra so I can use the leftovers later in the week.

This is delicious with a fresh salad or cowboy caviar on the side.

May 29 – Petite Sirloin

This petite sirloin seasoned with our popular cowboy steak rub never disappoints!

Serve with maple-roasted sweet potatoes or grilled potatoes. It’s also delicious with our loaded potato salad!

May 30 – Angel Chicken

Creamy slow cooker angel chicken is always a crowd-pleaser.

I love that I can make this in my crockpot and not have to stand over the stove!

You can toss in some fresh broccoli or frozen peas about 30 minutes before serving if you like.

It’s also great with a fresh green salad on the side. Try one of our homemade dressings like lemon vinaigrette or Caesar dressing.

May 31 – Mediterranean Chicken Thighs

I adore sheet pan meals because they’re easy to prep and clean up is a breeze.

This Mediterranean chicken thighs recipe includes potatoes cooked with the chicken for a complete meal. I top it off with cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese.

June 1 – Italian Sausage Pasta

Italian sausage pasta is perfect for summertime. I love grabbing fresh cherry or grape tomatoes from my backyard and making this easy meal!

June 2 – Chicken Hashbrown Casserole

Chicken hashbrown casserole is such a great weeknight meal. I love that you can prep it all in 15 minutes and then just pop it into the oven to bake.

This all-in-one meal doesn’t really need anything else but you could serve it with dinner rolls or a side salad.

June 3 – Buffalo Chicken Salad

Yummy Philly Cheesesteak Dip is perfect for game day parties

Philly steak and cheese dip is one of my favorite party foods. With lots of peppers and onions, this dip is not only delicious, but it’s super easy, too.

And, it’s a great way to use up a little bit of leftover steak – although I most often make it with deli roast beef.

If you love this flavor combo, be sure to try our steak and cheese casserole.
