- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine granulated sugar, peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla extract with a hand or stand mixer. It will be crumbly like wet sand.
- Using a cookie scoop, scoop out dough and roll it into balls.
