This Banana Pudding Icebox Cake is a new way to enjoy a classic banana pudding recipe but with a fun new twist! I’m a sucker for anything that has bananas in it.
Whether it’s banana bread or banana pudding, I love finding new ways to incorporate bananas into my desserts and treats. This banana cream icebox cake is easy to assemble and perfect for a cool and refreshing dessert.

🔪 Instructions
- Place a layer of graham crackers in the casserole dish.
- Place a layer of sliced bananas on top of the graham crackers.
- Mix your milk and vanilla pudding until smooth and thickened.
- Add half the whipped cream topping to the bowl and beat until mixed.
- Gently fold in the remaining whipped topping to keep it fluffy.
- Add about ⅓ of the vanilla cream mixture over your banana layer, and spread it evenly.
- Crush your remaining graham crackers and sprinkle them over the top.
- Cover your dessert and leave it in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- When serving, garnish your dessert with additional bananas, crackers, and whipped cream.

- 3 cups milk
- 2 3.4oz pkgs instant vanilla pudding
- 1 16oz tub frozen whipped topping thawed; divided
