This Turkey Avocado Sandwich is a healthier choice for lunch. It is piled high with fresh delicious ingredients, including a homemade avocado ranch dressing!
Sandwiches don't have to be boring. With a few creative twist, you can take a ho-hum turkey sandwich and turn it into something really special. As a little girl, I remember having sandwiches with sliced apples at my grandmother's house. She paired hers with half a cup of black coffee, me with a couple of chips.
In late summer, or early fall, we might also have baby carrots or a handful of raspberries fresh picked from the garden. Nowadays life is a little bit more complicated, and my tastes are little bit more refined.
Last summer, I began making my own avocado ranch dressing, and my family hasn't let me stop. They love the rich and creamy tang it adds to salads and sandwiches. With layers of fresh vegetables, my delicious avocado ranch dressing, and Oscar Mayer Deli select turkey, you'll have a crepe with a sandwich and no time.
