May 13 – Chicken Meatball Subs

With zesty tomato sauce and loads of parmesan cheese, these chicken meatball subs are always a hit with my whole family.

Grab some frozen meatballs from the grocery store or make your own:

Serve with a fresh green salad on the side topped with buttermilk ranch or southwest dressing.

May 18 – Grilled Ribs

This is my favorite way to cook bbq pork ribs! They’re slathered with homemade sweet and spicy BBQ sauce, but you can use store-bought if you’re short on time.

Serve with ginger soy grilled corn on the cob or Mediterranean grilled vegetables.

May 19 – Teriyaki Chicken Skewers

Pile of Teriyaki Chicken Skewers with peppers and onions.

I absolutely adore these teriyaki chicken skewers – they are SO flavorful!

I like to marinate the chicken first but if you’re in a rush you can skip that and have dinner on the table in 30 minutes.

Make your own teriyaki sauce or grab a bottle at the store.

This all-in-one chicken recipe includes onions and peppers, but you could also add pineapple, zucchini, or potatoes if you like.

This leftover chicken is great for rice bowls or salads!

Snacks

Apple Toffee Dip in a small bowl surrounded by pear and apple slices.

I adore this apple toffee dip and it’s a great way to get your kids to eat more fruit.

For something more savory, try our garlic cheese bombs or buffalo chicken dip – so good!

Don’t forget steak and cheese bomb rolls which I cannot get enough of!

Breakfast

I love pancakes but don’t love standing over the stove which is why most of the time I make these sheet pan pancakes using pancake mix – so easy!
