Monday

Smoked Sausage Pasta takes just 15 minutes to prep so it’s a great weeknight meal.

Andouille sausage, kielbasa, or even bratwurst will work in this recipe.

Got extra time? Serve with these yummy semi-homemade pizza dough breadsticks.

Tuesday

Easy Puff Pastry Chicken Pockets are so good and super simple to make with slow cooker pulled chicken. Serve with a side salad and you’re good to go! (Be sure to double the chicken so you can use the leftover tomorrow!)

Wednesday

Chicken Hashbrown Casserole

This is so creamy and delicious – and with the last of your leftover chicken – EASY!!

It’s loaded with ranch flavor, gooey cheese and bacon. What could be better?

Serve with a fresh green salad, or mix in your favorite frozen veggies before baking.

Honey Glazed Baby Carrots with Tarragon
Everyone loves these tender carrots glazed with honey and seasoned with salt, black pepper, and fresh tarragon, which are perfect for any meal!

Thursday

Friday
