The following may contain affiliate links. We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.
✔️ Clean your produce when you get home from the store. Prep ingredients like diced onions and chopped carrots ahead of time so you just need to grab a container when it's time to cook - it's like having a sous chef!
This will especially save you time this week when you're making the beef pot pie, sausage mac and cheese, and beef stew.
✔️ Keep your prepped foods fresh by using quality airtight containers - these are my favorite. Plus these are great for leftovers, too.
✔️ Before you shop, check your grocery store's website. Last week, I saved $9 just by clicking one little checkmark when I did my online grocery order! (Thanks, Hannaford!) You may find coupons or specials to help save you money.

September 25 - Shepherd's Pie

These mini shepherd's pies are the perfect cool weather meal - something about it always makes me feel comfy, cozy... and full!
Now traditionally 'shepherd's pie' is made with lamb so this should probably be called 'cottage pie' instead - but regardless of what you call it, you're going to love every bite!
Serve with these buttery dinner rolls.
September 26 - Crockpot Teriyaki Chicken

You know me, I just adore crockpot meals! They're so easy and this crock pot teriyaki chicken doesn't disappoint on flavor either!
You can use this chicken to make a rice or noodle bowl with stir fry veggies, or even sliders.
Looking for something a little different? Try this honey garlic slow cooker chicken recipe instead.
September 27 - Instant Pot Pork Tenderloin

You're going to love this super simple meal. The potatoes and pork are all cooked in the instant pot so there's very little clean up. It's a fast and delicious meal the whole family will love.
Serve with a salad like BLT Pasta Salad or Fruit Salad with Orange Juice Dressing.
No instant pot? Try this mouthwatering recipe for oven roasted pork tenderloin instead!
September 28 - Sweet and Spicy Beef Chili

Serve with all your favorite chili toppings like cheese, sour cream, corn chips, etc.
This recipe makes a really big batch, which I love! I use the leftovers for a new meal the next day, but you can also freeze leftover chili.
If you have the time, try these yummy bacon cheddar scones.
September 29 - Chili Stuffed Peppers

All you need for this easy recipe are bell peppers, cooked rice, shredded cheese, and your leftover chili. Trust me, chili stuffed peppers are one seriously tasty meal!
Not a fan of peppers? Use up your chili with one of these delicious recipes like chili pot pie, chili potato skins, or corn muffin chili cups instead.
Try our taco stuffed bell peppers for a spin on your next taco night!
September 30 - Slow Cooker Beef and Broccoli

This is one of our most popular slow cooker recipes. It's so much better than takeout! You'll love all the great flavors in this easy meal.
Too much beef this week? Try our chicken hashbrown casserole or winter citrus salad with grilled chicken on top instead.
October 1 - Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese

Our slow cooker is getting quite the workout this week, huh? Well this crockpot buffalo mac and cheese is another home run.
If you love buffalo chicken dip and mac and cheese then you have to try this recipe!
I like to add some veggies on the side like honey glazed carrots or sauteed asparagus.
If you've got a little extra time, make our cheesy garlic herb bombs, too!
Breakfast - Breakfast Quesadillas

If you enjoyed the breakfast enchilada casserole last week and love Mexican flavors than this breakfast quesadillas recipe is for you!
It's a super delicious breakfast and you can make a bunch over the weekend and then heat them up later in the week.

Since you're making chili this week anyhow, why not try these amazing chili potato skins?
They're super easy and always a big hit for parties, movie night, game day - or just because!
Add your favorite chili toppings like slices of jalapeno, diced red onion or scallions, bacon, or even guacamole.
