March 11 - Slow Cooker Shredded Beef

Slow Cooker Shredded Beef is the easiest way to make a couple of meals with almost no prep time needed - literally 5 minutes!
Grab some taco seasoning and make tacos with homemade guacamole.
For smothered beef, add beef gravy and serve it oven red skin mashed potatoes.
There are dozens of ways to use this flavorful beef. Try it in casseroles, soup, or salads.

March 12 - Italian Sausage Pasta

Italian Sausage Pasta with Blistered Tomatoes is the perfect weeknight dish because it's just so easy!
The combination of savory sausage and fresh tomatoes is so good.
March 13 - Lasagna Soup

Lasagna Soup is the 30 minute meal I dream about when I want a hearty warm bowl of cozy comfort food!
Since this is so easy to make, you might even have time to make semi-homemade breadsticks or these cheesy garlic rolls.
To save even more time, use leftover shredded beef! For a lower fat meal, try ground turkey or ground chicken.
March 14 - Tater Tot Shepherd's Pie

Tater Tot Shepherd's Pie is perfect for picky eaters and faster than traditional shepherd's pie.
Again, you could even use leftover shredded beef instead of ground beef in this recipe.
Serve with a fresh green salad on the site for a complete meal.
March 15 - Chicken Stuffing Casserole

Chicken Stuffing Casserole is another comfort food classic. My mother-in-law calls it Thanksgiving in a bowl and is always happy when I make it for dinner.
Grab your frozen veggies and a rotisserie chicken for a fast meal you'll appreciate on any busy night.

March 16 - Beef Pot Pie

Beef Pot Pie with loads of veggies, tender beef, and a flaky pie crust is another great way to use up leftover shredded beef or pot roast, or you can use trimmed and cubed chuck roast.
This is one of my favorite Sunday supper kind of meals and is great for company.
Too much beef this week? Try our ham pot pie or chicken pot pie instead.
March 17 - Chicken Fajitas

Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas are so full of flavor that you'll hardly believe that you only need 30 minutes to make them!
Plus clean up is a breeze.
Grab some soft tortillas and get ready for smiles all around when you set this on the dinner table!

Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole is my favorite thing to make on the weekends. It's fast and delicious and leftovers are great all week!
