Janice Mac Neal says
I'd always make brioche the night ahead of Easter and a batch of my blueberry muffins first thing in the morning before we'd go off to sunrise service. These would accompany breakfast eggs (various styles), along with butter, jam, hot tea, and fresh-squeezed orange juice. For dinner, we'd start with a spring mix salad with candied pecans; and follow with a boneless lamb roast rubbed with garlic, lemon, and olive oil; and fresh peas and baked potatoes for sides. Homemade mint ice cream was a favorite for our Easter dessert. Unfortunately, the ears of the chocolate bunnies from our Easter baskets never survived long enough to use as garnish for the mint ice cream, so I'd make up some chocolate syrup for drizzling over our dessert.
