February 18 - Salisbury Steak

Homemade Salisbury Steak just like mama made is the ultimate weekend dinner. It's comfor food at it's best!
Serve with creamy mashed potatoes, peas, honey glazed baby carrots, or even mashed cauliflower.
Got a little extra time? Make this rosemary focaccia bread and a fresh green salad.
February 19 - Chicken Broccoli Pasta

Chicken Broccoli Pasta Bake combines rotisserie chicken or slow cooker pulled chicken with spaghetti in a creamy cheese sauce that the whole family will love.
If you're not a fan of broccoli, you can leave it out, or make this creamy chicken pasta bake instead.
Find more chicken casserole recipes like chicken bacon ranch tater tot casserole, million dollar chicken casserole, and many more.
February 20 - Taco Stuffed Shells

These Taco Stuffed Shells are loaded with delicious ground beef taco meat (with our homemade taco seasoning) and lots of cheesy.
This is a delicious twist for your Taco Tuesday!
Not a fan of stuffed shells? Try this quick and cheesy skillet taco pasta recipe instead.
February 21 - Slow Cooker Potato Soup

If you have time, make some cheddar bacon scones or bacon puff pastry twists for dipping.
Find more soup recipes like busy day soup, sweet potato soup, vegetable beef soup, and more!
February 22 - Grilled Pork Chops
I miss grilling season - I mean, don't get me wrong, I love slow cooker season, too, but there's something about a grilled meal that tastes so amazing.

This Pineapple Bourbon BBQ Pork Chops with pineapple and pepper kabobs is worth braving the cold weather!
The boneless pork chops and veggies are slathered with our delicious pineapple bourbon BBQ sauce, but you can use a store-bought version if you're short on time.
Don't feel like grilling? Try our oven-roasted pork tenderloin, slow cooker pork roast, or instant pot pork carnitas instead
February 23 - Cowboy Burger

Cowboy Burger with Cowboy Steak Seasoning
Feeding a crowd? Keep the theme going by serving cowboy baked beans or cowboy corn casserole on the side.
Here are some of my favorite burger toppings: spicy ketchup, lime mayo, cherry bbq sauce, burger sauce, teriyaki sauce, honey mustard.
February 24 - Ham Pot Pie

Ham Pot Pie is so homey and just the thing for a cold evening. You can use leftover ham or grab a couple ham steaks when they're on sale.
This pot pie is topped with puff pastry, but you can use pie crust if you prefer.
Breakfast

A Strawberry Banana Smoothie is a great on-the-go breakfast. Smoothies also make a great snack or dessert. Two of our most popular smoothies are this spinach smoothie and our apple pie smoothie.
For Sunday morning, how about these raspberry lemon pull-apart rolls?
Smoothie bowls are a great way to get lots of nutrition in the morning too. If you love tropical flavors, try our pineapple smoothie bowl.
Snacks

I'm a little bit obsessed with this cheesy spinach dip - it is SO good!
When it comes to dips, my mom's sweet tooth always goes for this apple toffee dip with caramel. It's great with all sorts of fruit, not just apples.
Dessert

Black Forest Ice Cream is a new recipe this week and one that I adore. If you love cherries, this one is for you!
This week I also updated my posts for Bailey's chocolate truffles and our super popular cherry pie bars.
