Here is your free Weekly Meal Plan for March 25-31 with ideas for snacks and desserts like easy poke cake recipes, too.

March 25 – Crockpot Hashbrown Soup

Spoon with a bite of Crockpot Hashbrown Soup over a bowl.

Crockpot Hashbrown Soup is creamy and comforting and has all the things you want on a cold day.

You only need 5 minutes of prep time so there’s time to make a batch of semi-homemade dinner rolls or butter swim biscuits.

March 26 – Big Mac Casserole

Big Mac Casserole on a plate with a fork.

Big Mac Casserole with tender potatoes, juicy ground beef, and lots of cheese is am easy 30-minute meal.

It includes a special sauce and is topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and dill pickles, of course.

March 27 – Steak Bites with Garlic Butter

It’s hard to believe these Steak Bites with Garlic Butter only need 15 minutes to cook!

You can use any kind of compound butter for this. My favorite is our cowboy butter recipe, but garlic chive butter or Ruth’s Chris butter are delicious, too.

Serve this meal along with rice, zucchini noodles, pasta, or baked spaghetti squash.

You’ll also love our steak bites and potatoes recipe. Find more compound butter recipes.

March 28 – Spicy Mac and Cheese

Spicy Bacon Mac and Cheese is perfect for those that love cheesy pasta and heat, too.

Don’t worry, you can customize this to suit your family’s tastes in the heat department.

Serve with a green salad for a complete meal.

March 29 – Meatball Calzone

Close up of Meatball Calzone cut into pieces.

This meatball calzone is one of my go-to meals for game night.

When I have homemade meatballs on hand, I love using them, but store-bought meatballs work great, too.

Be sure to serve with extra tomato sauce for dipping.

March 30 – Crockpot Angel Chicken

Slow Cooker Angel Chicken Pasta in a slow cooker with a serving spoon.

If you haven’t tried this crockpot angel chicken yet, you are seriously missing out!

It’s creamy comfort food at it’s best – and so darn easy, too.

Serve with pasta, rice, or zucchini noodles. I like to toss some frozen veggies in just before it’s done cooking.

March 31 – Mediterranean Sheet Pan Dinner

If you love these flavors, you also have to try our Mediterranean chicken casserole and Mediterranean grilled veggies.

Snacks

Roased Garlic Hummus is a delicious snack

Roasted garlic hummus makes a great snack and it’s healthy, too.

It’s a great addition to any charcuterie board or cheese tray, too.

If you’re not a fan of hummus, try our Greek yogurt veggie dip instead.

Dessert

📅Food Holidays

These might not mean much at all, but I think they’re kind of fun. It’s also a good chance to talk with kids about different foods, where they come from, and any cultural significance.
