🍴 Serving Suggestions

If you don’t have time to make your own tomato sauce from scratch, toss your hot pasta with this butter and serve with parmesan cheese. I especially love it with gnocchi.

You can also add it to a pasta charcuterie board – or any type of charcuterie board for that matter. It is amazing on toasted crostini as an appetizer.

Add a pat of the tomato butter to grilled chicken or fish. As the butter melts over your protein, it will add a scrumptious flavor, along with a little fat and moisture.

It’s delicious mixed into risotto or even just regular rice just before serving.

For the most amazing garlic bread you’ve ever eat, spread this tomato butter onto Italian bread, top with granulated garlic salt, and pop it under the broiler for a minute or two. So good!

You can also serve it with rosemary focaccia bread or your favorite dinner rolls. It’s so yummy melted on freshly baked bread of any kind! Try it with these Italian breadsticks.

Put a spin on your grilled chicken Caesar salad (or any salad, really) by adding a bit of tomato butter to your croutons before baking!
