Summertime is the perfect time to relax and unwind with this bubbly non-alcoholic lemon lime spritzer. It’s cool and refreshing and beautiful, too!

Isn’t it funny what using a nice glass and some garnishes will do to elevate a drink? This lemon lime spritzer is delicious for sure, but it’s not exactly a super fancy drink. But plop in some lemon and lime slices with a bit of mint and you have an elegant beverage to serve. It’s crisp and refreshing, and pretty, too.

Since there is no alcohol in these, they would make a lovely drink to serve at a baby shower.  The green and yellow colors are so pretty together, I think.  I mean, you could plan a whole baby shower around those color for a mom who’s going to be surprised by the gender.

Now of course, if you like, you could substitute the lemon-lime soda for a white wine and add a splash of lemon-lime seltzer water instead. But for me, this is just perfection.
