Growing up, I wasn't much of a blueberry fan. Now that I'm baking nearly every weekend, I've found them to be quite tasty in so many ways. This time of year, with the strawberries gone by, I start thinking about blueberries.... and what I could make with them!
Mr. Juggling Act loves blueberry pie - a classic, right? But when I started thinking about it, there are lots 'classic' blueberry dishes - muffins and pancakes come to mind right way, too.
Of course, then there are traditional ingredients to pair with blueberries - lemon, buttermilk, or sour cream, but how about thyme? Intriguing, right?
