Storage
To Store: Leftover turkey pinwheels should be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days. (These are my favorite airtight containers.)
Make Ahead
These pinwheels are best when eaten within 1-2 days, so I do not recommend making them more than 1 day in advance.

Variations
- Try flavored tortilla wraps like spinach, sun-dried tomato, garlic herb, and even jalapeno for even more flavor. You can use low-carb tortillas also.
- For the holidays, replace half the sour cream with jellied cranberry sauce.
- If you love spice, replace half the sour cream with red pepper jelly.
- If you’re not a fan of cheddar, you can use a different cheese. Swiss cheese, provolone, and pepper jack cheese are all great options.
- Substitute honey mustard for the sour cream.
- These delicious pinwheels can also be made with roast beef or ham.
- Fresh herbs add great flavor to these turkey roll-ups- basil, green onions, tarragon, or chives are all yummy.
Serving Suggestions

- 4 large tortillas
- 6-8 slices deli turkey meat
- 4 leaf romaine lettuce or fresh baby spinach
- 2 slices american cheese or cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoons pepper
- 1/8 teaspoons salt pinch
- 1/4 teaspoons dried dill optional
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese and sour cream.2 tablespoon sour cream, 4 ounces cream cheese
- Add seasonings and mix well. (The addition of dried dill will give the mix a slight ranch dressing flavor.)1/4 teaspoons garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoons pepper, 1/8 teaspoons salt, 1/4 teaspoons dried dill
- Taste the mixture and make any adjustments to the flavor profile if necessary.
