🔪 Instructions
- Add olive oil to the pan in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp, garlic, and lemon juice when the oil is hot.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook the shrimp until pink on both sides, about six minutes.
- Add the butter to your skillet and allow it to melt.
- Spoon the melted butter over the shrimp.
- Serve garnished with parsley and a drizzle of the pan sauce over top.

🍲 Storage
To Store: Leftover lemony garlic butter shrimp should be kept in an airtight container in the fridge where it will last 3-4 days. (These are my favorite airtight containers.)
To Reheat: Microwave individual portions in 30 second intervals until heated throughout.
