These buttery, flakey, and simple Cinnamon Sugar Pie Crust Crackers are the perfect way for you to use up any leftover pie dough while you’re baking! During this time of year, we are baking up a storm in our household, which is why I love having this simple and easy recipe handy for those times when you have leftover pie crust. This is a super easy recipe and fun to make with the kids! Using pie crust, you can create the perfect dipping recipe for my delicious eggnog dip, or just to munch on while you’re watching holiday movies with your family.

  • Pie Crust
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Butter

🔪Instructions

  1. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350-degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  3. Gently unroll the pie crust on a lightly floured surface. We used both a large and small snowflake cookie cutters to cut the pie crust.
  4. Gently transfer the cut outs to the prepared baking sheet. Brush each snowflake with melted butter, then sprinkle on the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  5. Bake for 5-8 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
