Easy little sandwich kabobs - or kid kabobs - are a fun way to get your kids to actually eat their lunch at school! They also make great snacks. You might also like these Packed Lunch Ideas for Kids.

Packing healthy lunches can sometimes be the most challenging part of my day. I loathe trying to find healthy options that I know the kids will eat. When I have the time in the morning - or sometimes the night before - I try to find cute ways to put together creative lunches because I know they are more likely to gobble it up!
These ham and cheese kabobs include tomatoes, pickles, and lettuce, with pieces of pretzel bread. I use stainless steel vegetable cutters to cut the ham and cheese into flower shapes.
Because I didn't want to send my young children to school with sharp sticks, I used 6-inch lollipop sticks instead. This makes a short kabob that fits well into a container or sandwich bag. You can make these kabobs with a variety of items to suit your child's tastes.
