How can I add more nutrition to my smoothie bowl?

There are so many great healthy ingredients you can add to make the perfect smoothie bowl for you and your family.

Consider mixing in protein powder or chia seeds for protein and extra energy.

Nut butters contain healthy fats, specifically omega-3 fatty acids. They also help fill you up, which is great if your goal is weight loss. Consider adding hemp seeds or pumpkin seeds to the top of your smoothie bowl.
