Ingredients

  • smooth peanut butter
  • heavy cream
  • granulated sugar
  • light corn syrup
  • vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the peanut butter, heavy cream, sugar, and corn syrup in a small saucepot over medium heat.
  2. Whisk until the peanut butter is thoroughly melted, the sugar has dissolved, and the ingredients are completely combined (about 4 minutes).
  3. Remove from the heat and whisk in the vanilla.
  4. Let cool a 2-3 minutes before adding to ice cream.

Storage

To Store: Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.

To Reheat: Return to saucepot over medium heat and add 1-2 tablespoons heavy cream to thin.
