For a really great tender and flavorful steak, this marinade is the best. The acidic lemon juice helps to tenderize the beef, while the garlic infuses loads of amazing flavor.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, soy sauce, and Worcestershire.
- Add the minced garlic, beef bouillon, mustard, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes to the bowl.
- Drizzle in the olive oil, and whisk.
- Place the steak into a gallon-size resealable bag and pour the marinade into the bag and seal.
- Use your hands to gently squeeze the bag so that the marinade coats the entire steak.
- Refrigerate for a least 1 hour.
TIP: The longer the steak marinates, the more flavorful and tender it will be.
While your steak is marinating, be sure to make a batch of Cowboy Butter. This is one of our most popular recipes here on Juggling Act Mama, and it adds so much amazing flavor to your steak!
