In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
⅓ cup fresh lemon juice, 1/3 cup soy sauce, ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
Add the minced garlic, beef bouillon concentrate OR 1 beef bouillon cube crumbled, ground mustard, black pepper, salt and red pepper flakes to the bowl.
1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced, 1 teaspoon beef bouillon concentrate OR 1 beef bouillon cube crumbled, 1 teaspoon ground mustard, 1 teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, pinch red pepper flakes
Drizzle in the olive oil, whisking to create an emulsion.
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Place the steak into a gallon-size resealable bag and pour the marinade into the bag and seal.
Use your hands to gently squeeze the bag so that the marinade coats all the steak.
Place into the refrigerator for a least 1 hour. The longer the steak marinates, the more flavorful and tender it will be. Steak can marinate up to 24 hours.
