    🔪 Instructions

Here is what you will need to make our easy one-pan Chicken Caesar Pasta recipe:

    1. Season the chicken and place it into a bag with half the Caesar dressing to marinate. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, up to overnight.
    2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the chicken in olive oil. Discard the remaining chicken marinade.
    3. Remove the chicken. Reduce to medium heat and add the garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
    4. Add the chicken stock to the hot skillet.
    5. Mix the remaining dressing with half and half. Pour into the skillet. Mix to combine.
    6. Bring the sauce to a gentle boil. Add the pasta. Stir often.
    7. When the pasta is al dente, remove it from the stove, and sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese and capers.
    8. Slice the chicken and toss with the pasta and cream sauce.
    9. Mix in the lemon juice just before serving.
    10. Serve with black pepper and extra parmesan.

    ⭐ Tips

✔️ Save time by using cooked chicken like rotisserie chicken or your own slow cooker pulled chicken.

✔️ For best results, use fresh lemon juice.

Chicken Caesar Pasta on a white plate with parmesan.
This is a pasta dish I could eat night after night - it's so good!

    🍲 Storage

To Store: Store leftover Caesar chicken pasta in an airtight container for 3-4 days. (These are my favorite airtight containers.)

To Reheat: Microwave individual portions in 30 second intervals until heated throughout.

Because of the creamy sauce, I do not recomended freezing this pasta dish.

    📖 Variations

The first time you try any new recipe we recommend that you make it just as it is written on the recipe card since that is how the recipe has been tested. However, the next time you make our recipe, you might want to try one of these ideas:

    • For an extra creamy sauce, use heavy cream instead of half and half, or add a couple tablespoons of cream cheese to the sauce mixture.
    • Vegetables like carrots, bell pepper, or green beans can be cooked in the cream sauce along with the pasta if you like.
    • This recipe can be made with chicken thighs as well.
    • If you don't have fresh garlic on hand, use 4 teaspoons of garlic powder.

    🍴 Serving Suggestions

You can serve this delicious chicken with any type of pasta. Aside from angel hair, my favorite is penne pasta. My sister makes this with her favorite gluten-free pasta. You could even serve it with baked spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles.

If you want to stay with the Caesar salad theme, crush up a few crunchy croutons and sprinkle over the top of the chicken with fresh parsley before serving. (Garlic croutons are my favorite!) You could also add bacon bits on top.
