One vegetable that my family enjoys, is the carrot. Even from a young age, my children loved munching on them. My favorite part about carrots is the fact that they’re so versatile. You can make so many delicious recipes with them. I’m more than happy to give the kiddos carrots morning, noon, and night if they’d like them.
