Berry White Wine Spritzer

A crisp cool Berry White Wine Spritzer is the perfect Summer cocktail for entertaining. You can't go wrong with fresh berries, white wine and a splash of vodka and rum!

Any cocktail that starts with fresh fruit and white wine is going to be good, amiright?  I love how light and refreshing this Berry White Wine Spritzer is for summertime.  It's great for entertaining a few friends, or a crowd. 

For a party, you can make up a big pitcher of the wine, rum, vodka, soda mixture and let guests add their own berries, lime slices and mint leaves.  I love to make this with Moscato, but it would work well with a Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, or even a rosé .

Berry White Wine Spritzer

Here's how simple it is to make a Berry White Wine Spritzer:

Ingredients:

• 1oz Vodka
• 1oz Rum
• 3oz White Wine
• 2oz Lemon Lime Soda
• ¼ cup Blueberries
• ¼ cup Strawberries
• 1oz Lime Juice
• Ice.
• Lime slices and fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

1. Remove the strawberry stems and hulls.  Dice into small pieces and set to the side.
2. Fill your glass ¼ of the way with ice, and add 5-6 blueberries and ½ of your strawberries. Add more ice to glass ¾ of the way full.
3. In a bar shaker, add your Vodka, Rum, and Wine shake to combine. Pour the wine mixture into the glass and add the remaining strawberries.
4. Top off with lemon lime soda and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Garnish with lime and a mint sprig.

Berry White Wine Spritzer for a Crowd:

This Berry White Wine Recipe makes 8 cocktails. 

• 8 oz Vodka
• 8 oz Rum
• 24 oz White Wine
• 16 oz Lemon Lime Soda
• 2 cup Blueberries
• 2 cup Strawberries
• 8 oz Lime Juice

1. Remove the strawberry stems and hulls.  Dice into small pieces and set to the side.
2. Fill a large pitcher ¼ of the way with ice, then add ½ the strawberries and all of the blueberries. Add more ice to the pitcher so it is ¾ of the way full.
3. Mix up the vodka, rum, white wine, and lime juice and add to the pitcher.  Add the remaining strawberries and the lemon lime soda.  Drop in lime slices, or let guests garnish themselves.
