These chocolate confetti cake mix cookies are simple and fun easy recipes you can make with your kids. They’re fantastic for bake sales, after school treats, and of course dessert.

Starting with a box mix means you have more time to spend with your children. I love semi homemade recipes for this reason. Cooking with my children is very fun and I enjoy it immensely.

However, they can be a distraction in the kitchen as well. I tend to stay away from complicated recipes when they want to help.

  3. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.

  8. Remove after baking and let sit on the pan for a couple of minutes before moving to a wire rack to cool.

These cookies are awesome for parties and holidays, too! Just swap out the confetti sprinkles for festive themed sprinkles you can find at your local grocery store or online.
