For many years, Veteran's Day was just a day in November that I might or might not have had off. I really hadn't taken the time to think about the meaning of it, or give thanks to those who gave and lost so much for the freedoms I often take for granted. They say life is more meaningful with kids, and I wholeheartedly agree.
Mr. Juggling Act and I have taken the time to sit down with Ethan to talk about the meaning of Veteran's Day, and it has give me a renewed sense of gratitude for the men and women that have served, and continue to serve our country.
Tomorrow, we'll be celebrating together as a family, and Ethan will be participating in the Veteran's Day parade with his Boy Scout Troop. I thought you might like to add this fun Veteran's Day Printable Coloring Page to your activities tomorrow, like we will be!
And to all those who serve and have served, a sincere thank you from my family to you and yours!
