Summer Reading Programs are a great way to get your kids to read. There are lots of organizations encourage summer reading, and your kids can earn prizes and free books.

Plus, a visit to the library is a good way to shake up your summer routine. Get the kids off the couch and have them explore the library to find new books.

Earn Free Books
This Summer Read Program couldn't be more simple. Just download the form and fill it out after you read. Then, bring it to Barnes and Noble and choose a FREE BOOK from their Reading Journal list. Learn more.

Earn Free Admission
Kids can earn free admission in the Showcase Cinemas awesome Summer Reading Program called Bookworm Wednesdays. Children will receive free movie admission for completing a book report. This program is for July 2016 only. Learn more.
Six Flags offers a free reading program that encourages K-6 grade children to read for 6 hours to earn a free ticket. Learn more.
Earn Cash
Your kids can earn $10 in the TD Bank Summer Reading Program by reading 10 books. Learn more.
Earn Prizes
The Scholastic Summer Reading Challenge is a free online reading program for children and can unlock virtual prizes. The program runs through September 4th. Learn More.
