I first made this almond whipped cream to go with my mini almond bundt cakes, but I’ve used it in a variety of other recipes as well like this triple berry parfait.

Ingredients

You only need three simple ingredients to make this delicious recipe:

  • granulated sugar
  • heavy cream
  • almond extract

Instructions

Here’s how to make homemade almond whipped cream:

  1. Place a metal mixing bowl and your beaters in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  2. Combine the sugar, almond extract, and cream to the bowl.¼ cup sugar,2 cups heavy cream,2 teaspoons pure almond extract
  3. With your mixer on low, beat the cream until it thickens and you have stiff peaks.
