Petite Sirloin Roast 

You'll love the easy garlic and parsley rub on this impressive petite sirloin roast that is always juicy and delicious.

INGREDIENTS

petite sirloin roast olive oil fresh garlic fresh parsley seasonings salt and pepper

Add the parsley, garlic, and seasonings to a food processor with the olive oil.

Process until well combined.

Cover the roast with the parsley and garlic mixture.

Use a digital meat thermometer. Roast in 325°F oven 60 to 75 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness.

Remove when the internal temperature of the meat reaches 135°F for medium rare or 150°F for medium.

Allow the roast to rest before slicing.
