Ingredients

  • 1 cup your choice of milk
  • 1 small banana or 1/2 of a large one
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 tablespoon honey, agave nectar, or other sweetener

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in the blender.
