The best grilled top sirloin steak starts with a marinade made with our famous cowboy steak rub. This sirloin steak recipe is sure to be a family favorite!
Sour the marinade over the meat, taking care to cover all sides.
Cover and refridgerate for at least 30 minutes, and up to 24 hours.
Grilling the Steak
Remove the steaks from the fridge and let set on the counter to rest for 20-30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to on high (about 350°F — 400°F).
Lightly spray the grill with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the steaks onto the grill. For a good sear, do not move.
Flip the steaks and cook on the second side.
Check the internal temperature and remove at your desired doneness (see below).
Place the cooked steaks into a shallow dish and add a tablespoon of cowboy butter to each.

Lightly cover with aluminum foil and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.
